We understand that plans can change. Here’s our cancellation policy to help you book with confidence.

✅ Standard Stays (1–29 nights)

• Full refund for cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.

🏡 Long-Term Stays (30 nights or more)

• Full refund for cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in.

Once a long-term stay begins, the first 30 nights are non-refundable.

🕒 Early Departures / No-Shows

• No refunds will be issued for early departures or no-shows.

🔄 Date Changes

• Date changes are subject to availability and may incur a difference in price.
