To maintain a safe and respectful environment, parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly not allowed.

2- No Smoking or Vaping

 Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property. Guests may smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.

3- No Pets (unless explicitly allowed)

 Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at this property unless otherwise agreed in advance.

4- Only Registered Guests Allowed

 Only guests included in the booking are permitted to stay overnight at the property.

5- Quiet Hours

 Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

6- Check-in / Check-out Times

7- Respect the Property

Please treat the apartment with care. Report any damages or issues as soon as possible so we can fix them quickly.
